Full Journal pdf2001-05-07 House Journal Page 1654 HB 177 Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1576) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(STA) "An Act placing certain special interest organizations within the definition of 'group' for purposes of Alaska's campaign finance statutes; and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign contributions." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(RLS) am S "An Act regulating nongroup entities and certain tax-exempt organizations under Alaska's election campaign finance statutes; 2001-05-07 House Journal Page 1655 and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign contributions." (SCR 15- title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendments to CSHB 177(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 177(RLS) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendments to CSHB 177(STA)?"
